Cancellations policy:
Dear guests: Because of our limited room's accommodation. Any cancellation for Weekends reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, 50% of the entire booking will be charged. Furthermore,in case of no-show, the entire amount of the booking reservation will be charged. Reservations made during peak seasons and holidays by anyone or entities wishing to book our rooms, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival, 50% will be charged, however, in case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the booking reservation will be charged. Palacio Domain reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards payments for any booking reservation prior to arrival.
